Documentation

Three tracks. A cabinet, a platform, and building on it.

People arrive at an OptiBee Energy Pro from three directions, and they need different pages. The selector above the sidebar switches between them.

Install & commission

You are standing at a distribution board. The controller has to go on the rail, see the phases the right way round, reach the network, and talk to the inverter and the wallbox that are already there.

Start at Before you start.

Integrate & build

The controller is running and you want to change what it does — read values out of it, put your own logic in front of a decision, or connect it to a system that is not on the compatibility list.

Start at The Edge Platform.

Develop & publish

You are writing software that runs on the controller, or an agent that drives it. The twins, the API and the store are the same ones our own apps use.

Start at For developers.

What this documentation is not

It is not the datasheet. Electrical limits, tolerances and approvals live in the datasheet (PDF) — where a number appears in both places, the datasheet is the one that counts.
